I don't know how it works...probably all those guys from Yapoo movies are volunteers, who "work" for free, while the girls get paid.
But can it be a foreigner?
I saw a canadian documentary about SM in Japan, and it was said that professional mistresses would never take a western guy as a customer...only Japanese.
Must be a reason for this, but I don't know what the reason is.
In the documentary, a white guy had to find a "connection", a special SM club where a mistress "treated" him regularlly.
The men in Yapoo's movies that I've seen are all Japanese. Has anybody seen a foreigner?
